Are you new to energy healing? The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy". Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

This Reiki share is for everyone, those who have been certified/attuned and those who have never experienced energy healing before. We are all able to heal ourselves and others through our intention. During this Reiki share, circle and exchange we will all receive and give to one another in a loving, honoring, positive energy exchange. We will have time for questions and All are Welcome!

Sound baths balance your energy field back into harmony. They cleanse your cells, and the best part is, you don't have to work to receive their benefits. All you have to do is breathe and listen. Each instrument creates a different frequency that vibrates in your body and helps guide you to a meditative and restorative state. By using particular combinations of rhythms and frequencies, it is possible to shift our normal beta state (alert, concentrating, reacting) to an alpha (creative, relaxed), and even theta (meditative state) and delta (deep sleep; where restoring and healing can occur). Sound healing therapy uses aspects of music to improve your physical and emotional health and well-being. Alana is intuitively guided prior to your session together what instruments your body is requesting. Spirit has been requesting for me to share a pilgrimage/hike/sacred ceremony together.
We will begin our journey with several intentions. For ourselves, Mother Earth/Father God, our ancestors & all of mass consciousness.
We will walk about 1 1/2 miles to our sacred destination. During ceremony we will give gratitude, share gifts with our Mother, Father & all who have walked before us. We will give offerings to spirit as well as plant seeds to grow. During this sacred time we will also sing & celebrate in unity.
After our ceremony you may wish to continue on our pilgrimage together. Which will be approximately 4 1/2 - 5 miles. You also have the option to return to where we began. If you choose to stay for the full offering will end close to dusk.

You may wish to eat dinner prior to arriving. I suggest bringing water & a towel to sit on. Wear a hat & suntan lotion.

Healing Series with Alana at Indigo

Guided Meditation with Angels

Are you ready to Transform and Transcend? Do you wish to Renew and Replenish your soul?
